Three-level After Sale Services

Cryostar has strong after-sale service system in China. It is sole manufacturer has three-level after sales services among the major suppliers in China.

1st Level after sale service: performed by SINO Energy Engineering & Services Co., Ltd. SINO company has two professional engineers. They are all well trained and could provide 24-hour response services, providing installation guidance, commissioning and maintenance. SINO company has spare stocks, including bearing, dry gas seal etc.

2nd Level after sale service: provided by Cryostar Hangzhou. It has nine service engineers with three professionals taking in charge on spare parts sales and maintenance, with spare parts stocks in Hangzhou workshop in about three million EUR goods value. All engineer are trained by Cryostar France and has rich working experience. Hangzhou workshop has cryogenic test bench and provide testing service. It is the sole company branch has test bench and local spare parts in major suppliers in China.

3rd Level after sale service: provided by Cryostar France. It can provide top authoritative and comprehensive service, with training from time to time.
